For providers: What's Health e-Blue?℠

Who is this for?

Health e-Blue is way to track and share info about patient health online.

If you're a physician or other practitioner in Michigan, you can use Health e-Blue in Provider Secured Services, an online program that generates reports about patient health.

Would you like to see a list of patients due for a screening? Then print a reminder letter for each patient? You can do that and more using Health e-Blue. It's an online program in Provider Secured Services. Depending on the network, Health e-Blue lets you:

  • Get reports on patient eligibility, condition, diagnosis evaluation and treatment opportunities
  • Batch print reports and letters
  • Get utilization profiles and summary reports
  • See your performance on Provider Recognition Program (PRP) measures
  • Get tips on how to close gaps for HEDIS measures

If you treat patients covered by BCN Healthy Blue Living℠ HMO, you can also use Health e-Blue to enter information from patient qualification forms.
