Join our team
Become a health insurance agent and contract with Blue Cross through these simple steps.
Step 1: Licensing
Get licensed with Accident and Health qualifications in the state of Michigan. The State of Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services website has information about obtaining a license.
Step 2: Training
The training process generates email messages that contain your user ID, password, 5-digit agent number and a link to the onboarding application process. Once you complete new agent contracting training, keep a copy of your certificate of completion. You will need to upload it to the education tab during the onboarding process.

Step 3: Onboarding
Start the agent onboarding process using personal credentials and your National Producer Number, or NPN.

Step 4: Access
Register on our agent portal using the 5-digit agent number you received via email. The agent portal gives you access to Blue Cross and Blue Care Network product information and tools to use when contracting your customers.
