How HMOs work

With an HMO network, your employees choose a primary care physician, or PCP, to help organize their care. PCPs refer your employees to specialists when needed. This helps keep costs low for your company by reducing unnecessary visits. 

Our Blue Care Network has 6,000 PCPs, 24,000 specialists and 133 acute care hospitals throughout Michigan for your employees to choose from.
