HOW PDP PLANS WORK
Our Medicare Prescription Drug Plans, often called PDP plans, provide the same - if not better - benefits than traditional Medicare. You can choose either a Medicare Part D plan or a commercial prescription plan. Our plans include:
- Members can choose from approximately 63,000 pharmacies nationwide and 24,000 preferred pharmacies.
- Coverage for cough and cold medicines, certain non-therapeutic drugs, and prescription vitamins.
- Employees have the option of filling 90 day prescriptions at the pharmacy or by mail.
