For Providers: How do I request a TPA user ID and password?

To request a TPA user ID and password, please email us.

Be sure to include your:

  • Business/office name
  • Contact name
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Mailing address
  • NPI
  • Tax ID for enrollment, if requesting a validator test user ID and password
  • The transactions you will test
    • 278 Health Care Services Review and Response
    • 837 Health Care Claims: Professional, Institutional, Dental
    • 834 Benefit Enrollment and Maintenance
    • 270/271 Health Care Eligibility Benefit Inquiry and Response
    • 276/277 Health Care Claim Status Request and Response 

We'll contact you within 48 business hours to verify your information and email your login ID and password to you. If testing includes 834 enrollment transactions, you'll be contacted for more information.
