Which plan is right for you?
PPO
- With a PPO plan, you can see any licensed dentist and your plan will share the cost, but you'll pay less when you see a Tier 1 PPO (in-network) dentist.
- These plans are better for you if you want the freedom to see dentists outside our PPO network.
EPO
- EPO plans only cover services from Tier 1 PPO (in-network) dentists and don't cover any out-of-network care. This makes your cost lower.
- These plans are better for you if you want the most savings by only seeing a PPO network dentist.
