What happens if my billing or banking information changes?

If your checking or savings account number changes, you’ll need to let us know as soon as possible. You can do this:

  • Online: Log in to your account at bcbsm.com and click Pay My Bill in the right-hand column to access our eBilling tool. From there, you can make changes to your automatic payment plan. Just update your account with your new checking or savings account information. Once your account is set up, we'll automatically withdraw your payment every month. Contact your bank for more information about online banking.
  • Over the phone: Call the customer service number on the back of your Blues ID card.

If you change your Blues plan: 

  • eBilling: You'll have to re-enroll in automatic payments. Learn more about automatic payments.
  • Online banking: You’ll need to update your information with your bank. Just ask your bank how to set it up. Before you begin, make sure to find your account number.
