If you’re eligible for the Health Coverage Tax Credit, or HCTC, this will explain how to find and buy a qualified health plan.
You can purchase a Health Coverage Tax Credit qualified health plan by:
- Visiting the HCTC website
- Calling 1-844-428-2669 to speak with an HCTC customer service representative
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan offers three state-qualified HCTC plans:
- Community Blue PPO HCTC-1
- Simply Blue PPO HCTC-2
- Simply Blue PPO HSA HCTC-3
