Convenient care, wherever you are

Virtual Care by Teladoc Health® gives you remote access to a network of U.S. board-certified doctors, psychiatrists and licensed therapists all from your smartphone, tablet or computer. 

Medical care

  • For minor illnesses such as colds, sore throats, urinary tract infections and pink eye when your primary care provider isn’t available
  • No appointment needed
  • Average wait time is 10 minutes or less 
  • Pay the same as or less than an in-person office visit

Mental health care

  • Appointments required for mental health care 
  • Evening and weekend appointments available
  • If you need immediate care, your Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan or Blue Care Network plan has other mental health options.

Remember to coordinate all your care with your primary care provider and follow up with them after receiving care.
