Submit weight loss

Follow these steps to submit your team's weight loss each week.

  1. Select your team from the drop down menu.
  2. Add your email address and click SEND.
  3. Your team’s information will populate. Find the appropriate week and enter the total team weight lost or gained from the previous week and select the option for gained or lost. Don't fill out the total team weight, just the difference from last week.
  4. To enter your submission, DO NOT select the SEND button at the top. Instead, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click SAVE UPDATE.
