How do my employees connect with a Member Advocate?

Similar to the Advocate offering, your employees will have access to the BCBSM Coordinated Care app with Advocate. The BCBSM Coordinated Care app gives all your employees and their family members quick and convenient access to Member Advocates. Your employees can use the app to securely message a Member Advocate to get their questions answered.

Your employees will also be provided a phone number to reach Member Advocates during business hours.
