Once you've logged in, you can order a new card, view a digital copy of your card or print a copy.
You can also easily view your member ID card on the app.
You can also call the Customer Service number on your explanation of benefits statement. If you don't have one, you can find the right phone number for your plan on our Contact Us.
You're still covered while you're waiting for your new card. No need to worry.
Keep in mind: We can't replace your red, white and blue Medicare card. We can only replace your Blue Cross or Blue Care Network member ID card.
