What do I need to sign up? 

It should only take a few minutes to register for your account on bcbsm.com. Here's what you need before you get started:

• Your legal first and last name
• Your date of birth
• A valid email address
• The last four digits of your Social Security number, or your Subscriber ID, found on your Blue Cross ID card

Why should I register?

Creating an online account makes it easier than ever to manage your Medicare plan. Once you're registered for an account, you’ll be able to:

• Look up what services are covered.
• View your explanation of benefits.
• See your claims history.
• Choose or change your primary care physician.
• Take your health assessment.
