Medicare supplement plans don't cover preventive dental, hearing or vision benefits. 

But if you have one of our Blue Cross Medicare Supplement^SM plans, you can add our Dental Vision Hearing Package for $37.75 per month. The premium cost may be re-evaluated each year and is subject to change.

What the package covers

• $0 in-network dental exams, cleanings, X-rays and fluoride treatment
• In-network vision coverage that includes standard lenses every 12 months
• One $0 hearing exam every 12 months and savings of up to 60% off average retail hearing aid prices at a TruHearing^® provider

How to enroll

Learn when you can enroll based on whether you're a new or current Medicare supplement member.

Current members

If you're a current Blue Cross Medicare Supplement member, you can enroll in this package online between Feb. 1 and April 30. 

Your benefits will start on the first of the month after we've processed your application.

New members

You can add this coverage when you're enrolling online in a Blue Cross Medicare Supplement plan. Your dental, vision and hearing coverage will start at the same time.

If you just bought a supplement plan and then decide to add this package, you can as long as we get your application (PDF) within 30 days of your policy start date.

If it's been more than 30 days, you'll need to wait until the next enrollment window, which is Feb. 1 through April 30.
