You may have the right to purchase a Medigap policy when your plan is not renewed or leaves your service area.

If you’ve been notified that you’re losing coverage with Medicare Plus Blue^SM PPO or BCN Advantage^SM HMO because the plan was not renewed or the plan is leaving the service area, you may have a guaranteed issue right to buy a Medigap policy.

To protect your rights, you must buy a Medigap policy no later than 63 calendar days after your coverage ends. Because your coverage under our plan ends Dec. 31, 2025, you can buy a Medigap policy no later than March 4, 2026.
