Switch to our 5-star Medicare plan

Blue Care Network HMO received Medicare’s highest possible rating of 5 stars for 2022. This means even though the annual enrollment period has ended, you can still switch to a 5-star Medicare plan.

What is 5-star special enrollment?

When a Medicare plan receives a 5-star rating, members are given a special enrollment period to switch to the plan. This enrollment period is available for both new and current Medicare members.

The 5-star special enrollment period is available through Nov. 30, 2022.

Who can enroll?

The 5-star special enrollment period is available for:

  • Medicare members who already selected a Medicare plan
  • Those who are eligible for Medicare but have not yet selected a Medicare plan
  • Future Medicare members who turn 65 later in the year

What else do I need to know?

Only members eligible for Medicare parts A and B can take part in the 5-star special enrollment period.

You can switch your plan once during the 5-star enrollment period.
