Blue Dental PPOSM
Offers a balance of choice and savings
for both employers and their employees. Members have higher coverage levels
and lower costs when they choose PPO dentists, but they can still see any licensed dentist.
Blue Dental PPO PlusSM
Gives members the freedom to choose any licensed dentist anywhere.
Blue Dental EPOSM
This low cost, full-service plan requires members to use the Dental Network of America Preferred Network. Members are responsible for all costs if they see an out-of-network dentist. Emergency care may be covered outside the network.
Unmatched access and discounts
The Dental Network of America Preferred Network gives members access to 4,900 access points in Michigan and 190,000 nationwide.**
Members receive discounts of 20 to 40 percent when they schedule treatments with network dentists.
Almost all non-network dentists participate in our Blue Par SelectSM program on a per-claim basis. These dentists offer a 5 to 9 percent discount off their usual charges.
