BCN Advantage HMO-POS℠ and BCN Advantage HMO℠ Formularies

The BCN Advantage℠ group and individual comprehensive drug fomularies list the FDA-approved prescription medications reviewed by the BCBSM and BCN Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.

Physicians and pharmacists are encouraged to refer to the BCN Advantage comprehensive formularies when selecting prescription drug therapy for eligible BCN Advantage members.

BCN will generally cover drugs listed in our formularies as long as the drug is medically necessary, the prescription is filled at a BCN Advantage network pharmacy and other plan rules are followed.
