Health e-Blue is a program within our provider portal that generates reports about patient health. Physicians and other practitioners in Michigan can use this program to:

• Get reports on patient eligibility, condition, diagnosis evaluation and treatment opportunities
• Batch print reports and letters
• Get utilization profiles and summary reports
• See your performance on Provider Recognition Program measures
• Get tips on how to close gaps for HEDIS measures

If you treat patients who are covered by BCN Healthy Blue Living℠ HMO, you can also use Health e-Blue to enter information from patient qualification forms.

Who can use Health e-Blue and how do I access it?

Note that there are two types of Health e-Blue access:

• Group-level access: Access by practice group (unlimited as long as practices are in the same physician organization) or an entire physician organization
• Individual-level access: Access by physician (National Provider Identifier)

A user can have only one type of access — either group level or individual level — for Health e-Blue.
