Dr. John Sviokla is the chairman and co-founder of GAI Insights. Throughout his career he has explored the practical implications of leading technologies. He is widely published and was a Partner at PwC, Vice Chairman of Diamond Technology Partners, and a Harvard Business School Professor, where he pioneered AI research and AI courses. Dr. Sviokla has his Doctorate, Master's, and BA from Harvard University. He was named an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School to develop cases for the MBA and Executive Ed programs and is a Forbes contributor.

Mike Spadafore is a Managing Director of Valtruis and an Operating Partner at WCAS, having joined in 2024. Mike has more than 15 years of experience working closely with entrepreneurs and executives in the healthcare and technology markets. Most recently, Mike was a Managing Director of the Blue Venture Fund and Sandbox Industries. While at Sandbox, he also founded and built Sandbox Advisors, a strategy and transaction consulting firm serving healthcare clients. Prior to that, he was a management consultant at PwC and Diamond Management and Strategy Consulting. 

Christopher Joyce is a partner within PwC’s Healthcare Advisory practice and has spent more than 20 years helping payers transform, grow, and better serve their members and communities. In that time, Chris has also spent time advising provider systems, international healthcare agencies/ministries, ancillary service providers (dental, behavioral, PBM, etc.), and community-focused healthcare non-profits. Chris focuses on helping healthcare payer organizations plan and execute core administrative and digital technology transformations (claims, billing, enrollment, membership management, etc.), value-based payment & reimbursement initiatives, and merger & acquisition due diligence through integration programs.

Ron Brill is the president and chair of Anglepoint, the chair of the ITAM Forum, and the chair of the ISO Committee for ITAM Standards. He also leads the Special Interest Group for ITAM and FinOps. He holds an MBA and is a graduate of the CIO executive program at NYU. Ron holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified FinOps Professional, CPA, Certified TBM Executive (CTBME), and others.

Mandi Bishop is a Distinguished VP Analyst on the CIO Industries research team. She is a thought leader on digital business and innovation, helping senior executives understand, communicate, and navigate the intersection of industry, society, and technology. Her specialty is health insurance industry (healthcare payer) transformation, including topics such as digital delivery democratization, the future of interoperability, health equity, and hyperautomation. 

Patrick Finn serves as the global coleader and North American leader of McKinsey’s Social Sector, Healthcare, & Public Sector Entities Practice, counseling healthcare leaders on strategic planning, holistic performance improvement, and building new capabilities to succeed in dynamic environments. For more than 20 years, Patrick has served clients across industries, with a particular focus on service and technology businesses in the healthcare and financial services sectors. He has sponsored multiple healthcare analytics capabilities, including McKinsey Actuarial Analytics, the pharmacy domain, the commercial insurance domain, and the payment integrity domain.
