What happens if my billing or banking information changes?

If your checking or savings account number changes, you’ll need to let us know as soon as possible. You can do this:

  • Online: If you’re enrolled in eBilling, just log in to your account at Click Pay My Premium in the right-hand column to access our eBilling tool. From there, you can make changes to your automatic payment plan.
  • Over the phone: Call the customer service number on the back of your Blues ID card.

If you change to another health care plan with us, your bill and payment might change.

  • If you use eBilling or automatic payments to pay your bills, the transition will be seamless. We’ll take out the new amount at the end of your first month of new coverage. You don’t have to re-enroll.
  • If you use online banking to pay your bills, you’ll need to update your information with your bank. You can find your new account number on your first bill.
