How do I find a dentist?

If you have a Blue Dental plan and need a dentist, this information will help you find one.

Regular visits to a dentist are as important to your health as regular visits to your doctor. Use your Blue Dental plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan to brush off dental problems. Here’s how to find a dentist who will keep you smiling.

Go with a PPO, keep costs low

With Blue Dental, you can choose any dentist you want. It’s least expensive and more convenient to go to a dentist in our PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) network.

Many dentists also participate in Blue Par Select, a separate program that also saves you money.

To find a dentist:

Use our online search to find PPO dentists and dentists who are part of Blue Par Select.
Or call the Customer Service number on the back of your enrollee ID card and we'll help.

Tip: Is the dentist you want not listed under our PPO network or Blue Par Select? Let them know that any licensed dentist is eligible to participate in the Blue Par Select program.
