Mental health services
Who is this for?
If you're a Blue Care Network (HMO) plan member, this information will help you learn more about mental health services.
Blue Care Network (HMO) plan members can call 1-800-482-5982, 24 hours a day, seven days a week to access mental health services. These services are for people struggling with substance abuse or mental health conditions. A care manager will evaluate your needs and arrange for services. You do not need a referral from your primary care physician.
Because we value your personal privacy, our behavioral health services are provided only with your permission so that we can coordinate your care with your doctor.
The following table provides information regarding what you should do when you call to make an appointment.
