Getting a refund for overpayment

What is this about?

This information is for members who have overpaid for their coverage. You'll find out how you can get a refund.

If you overpaid your premium, you have two options: get a credit or a refund.

We'll automatically apply the remaining amount to your next bill as a credit. If you'd rather have a refund, call the customer service number on the back of your Blue Cross ID card. Our customer service representative can explain the status of your account and issue a refund, if appropriate.

If you overpaid your premium and you no longer have coverage with us, we'll automatically issue you a refund.
