The National Retiree Service Department is here to help you with your UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust health care coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. We do this by:

• Providing educational material so you can better understand your health care benefits

• Coordinating the processing of all inquiries regarding unpaid claims, including gathering all information, tracking and responding to enrollees

• Responding to UAW Trust chairpersons and counselors by phone, fax and mail regarding clarification of benefits, services and denied claims
