Will I be able to keep my current Medicare Advantage plan?

Yes. The health care reform law won't make you drop your Medicare Advantage coverage.

However, the law doesn't guarantee that your Medicare Advantage plan will be renewed. Your health insurance carrier might decide to stop offering the plan at the end of the year. If that happens, you'll have to change health insurance carriers or return to Medicare.

The law does cut payments to Medicare Advantage plans, which could make more insurance carriers stop offering them.
