WalkingWorks participants commit to walking every day for 10 weeks.

How it works

WalkingWorks participants commit to walking every day for 10 weeks. On a daily basis, they track the distance, time or number of steps they walk in an online log. We even offer a free pedometer to FEP members to help walkers keep track of their steps.
