Migration Information for Agent Secured Services

If you're a bcbsm.com Agent Secured Services user and were unaware of a migration, you'll have to reset your password. In order to reset your password, you'll need to click on Forgot Password and answer your case sensitive security questions.

How does a user reset their password and log in?

  • Reset your password here. Password requirements are the same; minimum 8 characters, alpha-numeric.
  • Login using bcbsm.com.

When did this change happen? 

Effective Aug. 29, 2019. Users were sent an email from eBIGPROV@bcbsm.com. The subject was: Important Information Identity Management Transition

What is changing?

Existing users need to reset their password and log in to Agent Secured Services.

Why is this changing?

A new administration solution was implemented.

Administration tasks

You'll have three links for completing administration tasks for yourself and your users. All users have these links displayed, but non-administrators can't access User Administration. The three links are for Portal Access, Group Code Access and User Administration.

Complete administrative tasks as you currently do by selecting User Administration. You can invite new users and update your profile information under Portal Access. Any user updates to group codes will be completed under Group Code Access.
