How can I view my payment detail report?

Learn how to get your supplier payment detail report.

If you're a supplier and you want to get your payment detail report that includes your invoices, work orders and expenses, use this information to find out how.

  1. From the sPro home page, go to Main Menu, choose Invoices and Payments then Supplier Payment Detail Report.
  2. Choose the Add a New Value tab.
  3. In the Run Control ID box, create a name for your report. Don't use spaces or special characters. Select Add. Note: After you create a Run Control ID, you can select Find an Existing Value to reuse it. 
  4. From the Print Invoices page, use the magnifying glass next to the Business Unit box to find and select your unit.
  5. Use the magnifying glass next to Supplier to choose your Supplier ID.
  6. Under Date Ranges, fill the Start and End Dates for the report you want to create. Then choose Run at the top right.
  7. From the Process Scheduler Request page, select OK at the bottom.
  8. You'll return to the Print Invoices page. From there, choose Report Manager.
  9. Choose the Administration tab. You should see the Report ID that you created.
  10. Choose Refresh until the Status under Report List reads Posted. Then you can choose the link under Description to open your report.
The report will open as a PDF. The left side lists the invoices and the right side lists the work orders associated with those invoices. If the payment includes expenses, there will be a value under SHEET ID.
