If you treat patients covered by Blue Dental℠, this explains how you can easily go online to get benefits and submit claims.

SecureXChange is the online inquiry system for patients who have Blue Dental. It’s simple and free to use. Michigan dentists and out-of-state dentists who belong to the DNoA Preferred network can use it to:

  • Verify eligibility with minimal patient information, such as name and date of birth
  • Submit claims with no special software

SecureXChange provides HIPAA-compliant transactions and is easy to access online.

How do I get started?

Go to secure-xchange.com; it will say Securetrack Dental in the upper left corner of the page, but you're in the right spot. If you don't already have a login, select Register. You’ll need your nine-digit tax ID, or Social Security number and office ZIP code.

When you complete registration, you’ll get an ID and password all users at your practice can use to sign in. Only one ID and password is needed for each tax identification number.
