What is Medicare Advantage Rewards?

This program offers Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Medicare Advantage members gift cards of $10 or more for taking healthy actions. 

How it works

Step 1
To create and activate your online account you'll need your Blue Cross member ID card.
Step 2
Once you've created your profile, you'll be directed to a list of healthy actions you can take to earn rewards.
Step 3
For every healthy action you complete, enter the required information in your rewards account and you'll receive your reward.
