Blue Cross Complete

Blue Cross Complete is a managed care health plan contracted by the state of Michigan. We help Medicaid members get the health care they need in 32 Michigan counties.

Blue Cross Complete earned the Multicultural Health Care Distinction from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. This is the fourth time Blue Cross Complete received this recognition for efforts to provide equitable health outcomes for members of all backgrounds.

Healthy Michigan Plan

The Healthy Michigan Plan is a health care plan for those 19 to 64 with incomes up to 133% of the Federal Poverty Level without Medicare coverage. Blue Cross Complete administers Healthy Michigan Plan benefits, including dental coverage, to eligible members.

Healthy Kids Dental

Medicaid beneficiaries now have a choice when it comes to your child’s dental needs. If your child is under 21 and has Medicaid, they qualify for a Healthy Kids Dental plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.

MiChild

MiChild is a health care program provided through MDHHS for uninsured or underinsured children under the age of 19. MiChild covers medical, dental, vision, hearing and prescription coverage. There are no copays, coinsurance or deductibles. Most MiChild families pay a premium of $10 per month or $120 per year for all children who qualify. Blue Cross Complete administers MiChild benefits to eligible members.

Allegan, Barry, Clinton, Eaton, Genesee, Hillsdale, Huron, Ingham, Ionia, Jackson, Kent, Lake, Lapeer, Lenawee, Livingston, Macomb, Mason, Mecosta, Monroe, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oakland, Oceana, Osceola, Ottawa, Sanilac, Shiawassee, St. Clair, Tuscola, Washtenaw and Wayne.
