If you're a Blue Care Network member, this information can help you learn about how billing works for covered services.

Your health care professional should bill us directly for all covered services. You should only have to pay any deductibles, copays or coinsurance. If you do get a bill from your health care professional, please call Customer Service at 1-800-662-6667, and we’ll help you sort it out.
