For some employers, the rules about who and when you enroll in your group health plan are changing.
No employer has to automatically enroll employees in a health care plan until 2015.
The Department of Labor is still working out the details of what's going to happen after that. But we expect that employers with more than 200 full-time employees may have to automatically enroll new, full-time employees in a health care plan. Small groups won’t have to automatically enroll new employees.
