Register for web tools or update accounts

Want to register for provider tools?

Here’s what you need to know. First, you‘ll need to make sure you’re enrolled as a provider. Once you’re enrolled you can start the registration process. If you still need to enroll, you can do it here.

Choose from the list to register for provider tools, add members to your account or edit access for members that already have access.

Select the type of provider you are to receive the appropriate forms:

When you sign up for Provider Secured Services, each person designated by the group, office or facility gets an ID used to log in. For security and privacy reasons, users can't take their assigned ID to other practices or locations. Users also can't share IDs.

If you have an existing user ID that no one uses, it can be reassigned to a new staff member. It's faster than asking for a new ID. To reassign an ID, fill out the Provider Secured Services ID Reassignment form (PDF).

But if you're sure you don't need the ID anymore, you can deactivate it, using the same form.

If existing Provider Portal Access ID with PGIP access:

Please notify your PO or OSC Primary Contact and have them delete the user in the PGIP PA Tool. This will remove all access for PGIP PA, SAD and Collaboration site.

When you request access for an administrative staff member, that ID belongs to your office or facility. If that employee leaves, you have two options. You can deactivate the ID, or you can reassign an existing ID.

Reassigning an ID is faster than requesting a new one. If you have an ID to reassign, fill out the Provider Secured Services ID Reassignment form (PDF).

If existing Provider Portal Access ID with PGIP access:

PGIP Provider Portal Access IDs cannot be reassigned. Please notify your PO or OSC Primary Contact and have them submit a new PGIP PO_OSC_RBCE_MCG Access Application through the PGIP PA tool.

*RBCE Provider Portal Access IDs cannot be reassigned. Please fill out a new application and fax the completed PGIP PO_OSC_RBCE_MCG Access Application to 800-495-0812.

Please select the type of provider you are to receive the appropriate forms:

Use Addendum G (PDF) to register for Provider Self-service. This allows you to select a practice administrator and designate users and the level of access for each user. Complete separate Addendum G forms if you are the administrator for more than one group. You must obtain a web-DENIS ID first.

To update providers associated with existing IDs, please fill out and fax the Authorization to Modify Provider Codes (PDF).

To update providers for existing e-referral access, please fill out and fax the e-referral Request for Group ID Changes (PDF).

*To update RBCE access, please enter an issue in the RBCE Collaboration Site issue log with the category "RBCE Contact Maintenance" and attach an updated PGIP PO_OSC_RBCE_MCG Access Application to the issue.

Use Health e-Blue℠ to generate reports about patient health; primary care physicians can also use it to fill out Healthy Blue Living℠ HMO qualification forms. If you already have access to Provider Secured Services and need to add or update users, fill out the Authorization to Add or Remove Health e-Blue Access (PDF) and fax it to the number on the form. This form can also be used to change from Individual Access to Group or from Group to Individual.

Allied providers should fill out the Provider Secured Access Application (PDF) if you:

  • Already use Provider Secured Services and need to change who has access, like adding or removing staff members
  • Skipped this section on the enrollment form
  • To update providers for PGIP access please notify your PO or OSC Primary Contact and have them update your access in the PGIP PA Tool using the PGIP PO_OSC_RBCE_MCG Access Application.

To update/add new NPI access to existing IDs, please fill out and fax us an updated Addendum "B" form (PDF).

If an employee leaves, you have two options. You can deactivate the ID, or you can reassign an existing ID. Reassigning an ID is faster than requesting a new one. If you have an ID that can be reassigned, fill out the Provider Secured Services ID Reassignment form (PDF).

Use Addendum G (PDF) to register for Provider Self-service. This allows you to select a practice administrator and designate users and the level of access for each user. Complete separate Addendum G forms if you are the administrator for more than one group. You must obtain a web-DENIS ID first.

PGIP access is granted only to employed staff of a Physician Organization (PO) and/or an Organized System of Care (OSC) to access the Physician Group Incentive Program PGIP PA, SAD or Collaboration site. This access allows them to get an ID to access these tools. When you sign up for PGIP tools (PGIP PA, SAD or Collaboration site), each person in a PO or OSC gets an ID used to log in. For security and privacy reasons, users can't take their assigned ID to other practices or locations. Users also can't share IDs.

Please contact your PO or OSC Primary contact and have them submit a PGIP PO_OSC_RBCE_MCG Access Application through the PGIP PA Tool.

RBCE and MCG access is granted only to employed staff of a Risk Bearing Contracted Entity (RBCE) and/or a Managed Care Group (MCG) to access the self-service tools and/or the collaboration site (RBCEs only). This access allows them to get an ID to access these tools. When you sign up for RBCE or MCG tools or Collaboration site, each person in a MCG or RBCE gets an ID used to log in. For security and privacy reasons, users can't take their assigned ID to other practices or locations. Users also can't share IDs.

If the new user will be a PGIP user, please contact your PO or OSC Primary contact and have them submit a PGIP PO_OSC_RBCE_MCG Access Application through the PGIP PA Tool.
