Blue Cross Complete of Michigan is a managed care plan that contracts with pharmacies, hospitals, and other health care providers to deliver care and provide service to Blue Cross Complete members. In addition to providing basic health care coverage and customers. Blue Cross Complete helps promote the delivery of high-quality care in a cost-effective manner by supporting the efforts of Blue Cross Complete-affiliated providers with programs such as care management and chronic conditions management.
Health Plan Accreditation
Blue Cross Complete is rated 3.5 out of 5 stars in National Committee for Quality Assurance’s Medicaid Health Plan Ratings 2025. Blue Cross Complete also holds a Health Equity Accreditation by the National Committee for Quality Assurance. NCQA is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to improving health care quality.
