Blue Cross Shield of Michigan has prepared a quick and easy informational booklet to help you prepare for the health care choices you'll have as you approach retirement.

Blue Cross representatives are also available to answer any questions and make sure you understand your retirement health care options. If you will be 65 or older when you retire, contact them at 1-833-817-3014 from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, TTY users call 771.
