2025 CPT and HCPCS Update now available

Each year, we publish our CPT and HCPCS Update document, containing new and deleted CPT and HCPCS codes, and post it on the Secure Provider Resources section of our provider portal, Availity Essentials™. Our new document contains new and deleted codes, effective Jan. 1, 2025.

To access the 2025 CPT and HCPCS Update, follow these steps:

1. Log in to our provider portal (availity.com).**
2. Click Payer Spaces on the menu bar and then click the BCBSM and BCN logo.
3. Click the Resources tab and then click on Secure Provider Resources.
4. Click on Billing and Claims.
5. Click on Codes and Criteria.

You’ll want to use this document as a reference guide for new CPT and HCPCS codes for 2025. As future updates occur throughout the year, we’ll publish Record articles outlining the changes.
