Starting in August, Blue Cross to provide behavioral health benefits for GM hourly employees with group number 83200Effective Aug. 1, 2023, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan will administer behavioral health and substance use disorder benefits to GM hourly employees under group number 83200. Carelon will no longer be the behavioral health and substance use disorder benefits provider for this group. Members will receive new ID cards in the mail with updated phone numbers so they can contact Customer Service if they have questions. Benefits and coverage will remain the same. Nonparticipating providers aren’t covered. On and after Aug. 1, 2023, contact Blue Cross if you have benefit and claims questions. You can also log in to Provider Secured Services to review benefits and submit claims. If you have questions, call Provider Relations and Servicing at the number on the back of the card or one of the following phone numbers:
