For the second time in three years, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network received the J.D. Power Award for ranking first overall with highest member satisfaction among commercial health plans in Michigan. Achieving the top ranking was largely driven by strong scores in coverage and benefits, provider choice and information and communication.
