Customize your Record subscription

Subscribers to the electronic Record may change their topic preferences for their online subscriptions at any time by updating their subscriber profiles.

When you subscribed to this online version of The Record, you were able to indicate which topic you would like highlighted in your version of the newsletter. Some of the articles in this category are highlighted at the top of your monthly Record email.

You may change your topic selection by clicking on the Update Profile link at the bottom of The Record email you receive. On this page, you may select a new topic or update your contact information and email address.

You may choose from these topics:

• All providers
• Professional
• Facility
• Pharmacy
• Medicare Advantage
• DME
• Vision
• Auto groups

Once you select a topic, you’ll see some of those articles highlighted at the top of your email each month. All the articles for that topic — and all other articles in that month’s Record — are listed at the bottom of your email. You’ll see the topics reflected in the colored headings.

If you haven’t already subscribed to the electronic Record, check it out for quicker, easier access to Blues news that you need. You can receive the newsletter as an automatic email each month without having to look for it online. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan typically sends the electronic Record on the last business day of the month. That means current subscribers should have received this August issue on July 31.

The Record will continue to be available on bcbsm.com and web-DENIS every month, along with an archive of past issues and the current Record index. To find the archive and index:

• Go to web-DENIS.
• Click on BCBSM Provider Publications and Resources.
• Click on Newsletters and Resources.
• Click on Newsletters Past Issues and Indexes.
