BCBSM MIChild 2012 Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Provider and Systems survey shows patient satisfaction

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan’s MIChild program sent a survey to 900 families asking whether they’re satisfied with the quality of care and customer service provided by doctors in the Blue Cross network. The 2012 Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Provider and Systems survey garnered 270 responses.
