Did you know Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) created a helpful, online, dental portal with 24/7 access? Now you can check eligibility or verify a claim at your fingertips all day or all night. Here’s a direct link to the portal. It houses BCBSM’s Dentist Office Reference Manual (ORM) and DentaQuest’s Claims Processing and Secure Messaging areas. The ORM reviews all pertinent contractual questions you may have about submitting claims to BCBSM. And the DentaQuest Claims Processing and Messaging areas streamlines the claims process and keeps you up to date on changes in policies or billing, such as our March 2020, teledentistry policy.
