Annual CAHPS® survey goes out
An important measure of patient satisfaction is the annual Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems, or CAHPS, survey. This standardized survey of the patient care experience was recently sent to a random sampling of our members — your patients — in early March. They’ll have until June to submit it but most are expected to complete it by late April. Read more.
