The number of physicians and practices earning Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan designation as Patient-Centered Medical Homes continues to grow. This year, 4,692 physicians in 1,709 practices received designation, and the program has PCMH practices in 81 of Michigan’s 83 counties. Read more.
