Number of Blue Cross-designated PCMH practices increases by 9 percent this year

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan just announced that it has designated 1,550 primary care practices across the state as patient-centered medical homes. That’s a 9 percent increase over the number of PCMH practices designated in 2014. Read more.
