With Virtual Care by Teladoc Health®, previously Blue Cross Online Visits℠, you have virtual urgent care and mental health care when you need it, wherever you are.
24/7 Care You don’t need an appointment to get care anywhere in the U.S. with virtual urgent care. When you have a rash, cold or other minor illness, but your primary care provider isn’t available, you can have a virtual visit with a trusted U.S. board-certified doctor. The average wait time is 10 minutes and prescriptions can be sent to your preferred pharmacy.
Mental Health Mental health care is also available virtually from licensed therapists and U.S. board-certified psychiatrists. You’ll need an appointment, but many providers have weekend and evening availability.
Virtual Care is included in your Blue Cross health care plan. Medical visits usually cost the same as your office visit copayment, but no more than $65 per visit. Costs for mental health care visits are based on your behavioral health benefits. You’ll see your cost before you start your visit.
