  • Treatment – Blue Cross will cover all COVID‑19 in‑patient and out‑patient treatment from in‑network or out‑of‑network doctors and facilities, at no cost to you.
  • Testing  Blue Cross continues to pay for FDA‑approved, physician‑authorized testing for COVID‑19 until further notice.
