Can I reassign a Provider Secured Services ID that's no longer being used?

Yes. Processing new IDs takes longer than reassigning IDs that were already approved for your organization. So, reassigning IDs will save you time.

For a list of your organization's IDs that aren't being used, call Web Support at 1-877-258-3932.

To reassign a Provider Secured Services ID that is no longer being used, fill out the Provider Secured Services ID Reassignment form (PDF).

Fax the form to 1-800-495-0812. We'll contact the new user within five business days.
