Electronic Funds Transfer and Online Vouchers
What is this program?
The electronic funds transfer and online voucher program electronically sends payments to your choice of financial accounts and lets you view and print remittance advices, or vouchers, online.
Who is eligible?
Michigan in-state providers
This program is available to participating Michigan professional and facility providers, including billers of routine vision and hearing services. If you do not have a user ID and password for Secured Services, you'll need to register for Provider Secured Services to access it.
The program currently does not include dental members.
This program is available for out-of-state providers who receive payments from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan for Medicare crossover claims. If you don't have a user ID and password for Secured Service, you'll need to enroll as a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan provider. Use our out-of-state provider enrollment form (PDF) and Use and Protection Agreement (PDF) to sign up.
How do I register?
Once you've registered for Provider Secured Services and received your user ID and password, or if you already have a user ID and password, use the log in to Provider Secured Services button in the upper-right corner of this site to log in. Once you log in, select "Register Provider(s)" under the Electronic Funds Transfer section. Complete the required information and submit the form.
How long will it take to become registered?
Because we have to verify your banking information, it may take up to three to five weeks to process your form. Until you successfully enroll, you'll continue to receive payments and vouchers in the mail.
We'll send you a confirmation letter notifying you that your registration is complete.
How can I find a voucher, or remittance advice, online?
Our Steps for locating a voucher or remittance advice online (PDF) has information for professional and facility claims. It applies to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network providers.
How can I add additional PINs to my user ID if I already have access to Provider Secured Services?
If you need to add additional provider PINs to your ID, select the appropriate form.
